Evaluation

Hello fellow internet users.

The documentary A chapter in the life of Debbie is about A Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma Survivor, the main character tells the audience about her life living with Lymphoma and what her life was like before she found out she had Lymphoma.

When filming and editing the documentary compared to how was described in the proposal the documentary has succeeded on every level as the target aim for the documentary was to make the audience feel emotion and sensitive about the lymphoma survivor. When using social networking sites such as Facebook and also using YouTube, I found out that the documentary mostly effected people from the ages of 30+. The main point for this documentary was to create awareness, how this documentary has succeeded on creating cancer awareness is how in the documentary there was a strong point that was able to hold the audience in and take over their main focus and feelings towards the main charcter, this made the audience feel effection and up set which would cause them to help anyone in the same need.

The aimed target audience was people from the ages of 15+ so that the documentary was able to explore the minds of people from and young and older age. When creating this documentary and publishing I found out that the target audience for this documentary mostly explored and intersted the minds of people from the ages of 30+. This is because the audience felt like they could relate to the main character more as they were in the same age range, also the audience might have had some that was related to them with the same cancer so Debbie Mmasterman's story touched more at home as they would know what Debbie has gone through, this could have also made the audience feel more inspired and helpful as Debbie's story was a happy ending.

The documentary A chapter in the life of Debbie has the aesthetics qualities of expository as the documentary reveals Debbie Masterman's story about how she has survived Non_Hodgkins Lymphoma. Within this documentary the audience has been able to witness the strength and power Debbie Masterman has gone throughout to concur Cancer. In the Documentary there has been a main location running throughout the documentary which is Hartshead Pike. This location was used as a metaphor as you get to witness Debbie walking up harstead Pike bit by bit, Hartshead Pike was used as a symbol of Cancer, by Debbie walking up Hartshead Pike more of the story that Debbie was going through was being revealed, as Debbie achieved every step she made up that hill there was an achievement and hard cutting story that cause the audience to feel strength and power for the main character.
